Shipping and Returns

Shipping:​​

• We ship Monday-Friday from San Antonio, Texas

• Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days

• Snacks Y'all is NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect address placed by customer. 

 

Returns: 

• Returns must be postmarked to us within 7 days from your date of receiving.

• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)

• Please include a note in package with returners name.

• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: all food products, sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. in that case contact us at snacksyall@gmail.com and we will work out a resolution.

• Shipping charges are the customers responsibility.

  • Returns: Please email snacksyall@gmail.com for information on where to send the return to

• Please allow 2-4 business days for items to be processed 

Canceled Orders: ​

• Items are not eligible for cancelation after packing slip has been printed and is being processed.

 

Snacks Y'all is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with USPS or UPS shipping

• International Duties or Customs Charges

• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
